No Words to Sing
I tried to search for words
To find a peace from within
I tried, I tried
Through the empty space
I found no light to believe in
In my heart I searched
I heard my soul blank
I tried, I tried
Lonely I was
With no songs in my mind
Not knowing what to do
I tried to think
I tried, I tried
I still found nothing
Nothing but this poem to sing

aww i just loved this poem!! especially the last stanza. i hadnt visited ur blog in a long time and was pleased to find a new poem today wen i visited it. i could not understand the line "i heard my soul blank", i was wondering if u meant to say "i found my soul blank".
ive updated my blog too finally, was too busy vacationing to ponder over thoughts and feelings, hence the long delay in updating it.
another thing i wanted to add,this poem describes exactly the way i feel sometimes when i sit down to write a poem but cant write cuz i feel so empty within...gud job!
